What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Cashier's checks / Money Orders & personal checks.
Do we have to pay a separate cleaning fee?
No, you do not pay for cleaning. We do ask that you run the dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster.
Will we be charged tax?
Yes. Tax in Branson is 11.6%.
How soon may we check in?
Check in time is 4:00 pm. However, there may be times you can check in earlier. Call or email us to see if an earlier check in time is available.
When is check out time?
We ask that you check out no later than 10:30 am.
May I smoke in the condos?
No, we ask that no one smoke inside the condos. However, smoking is allowed on the deck.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
