The Greens Condos at Thousand Hills are located on Green Mountain Drive in Branson. Green Mountain Drive is the Yellow traffic relief route so getting to and from Branson attractions and restaurants is much easier. They are just two blocks off of highway 76 (The Branson Strip) behind The Grand Palace Theater. It's close to many Branson attractions yet still a quiet complex.
The complex is over 20 years old but is very well kept. It has nice grounds, a nice entrance, and a private heated pool. There is a clubhouse next to the pool that has public restrooms (two bathrooms) for swimmers. The clubhouse is currently rented out to a Pilates studio so that part is unavailable to guests. The complex has 80 condos in 15 buildings. The first ten buildings overlook the Thousand Hills golf course. All units have covered decks. Buildings 11 through 15 overlook the the first row of buildings and the parking lot. All of the condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units with 1220 square feet. Florentina's Italian restaurant is next door to the complex and many others are close by. The Thousand Hills Golf Course is a public course so it is open to guests of The Greens condos. The central location, the size of the condos, and the well kept appearance have made The Greens condos in Branson a popular complex for both nightly rentals and some full time residents. >>We have three beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos available for nightly & weekly rental at The Greens in Branson, which you can see here.<<

Traffic on highway 76 can be very slow at times. The worst times are when the shows are starting (7:00 ish) and over (10:00 ish). Over the years they have built traffic relief routes so tourists and locals can avoid this. However, a lot of tourists probably aren't aware of where they are or don't figure it out until it's time to go home.
The traffic relief routes are color coded on this map and there are signs around Branson marking the roads. The colors are red, blue, and yellow. Our Branson condos are located on the Yellow route (Green Mountain Drive) which parallels highway 76 most of the way around. Use this route to avoid heavy traffic. There are many places to cut back to highway 76 to get where you are going. If you have never been to Branson then it's worth driving down highway 76 (The Strip) at least once. There is a lot to look at and you might find something to do that you were not aware of. Click on the map below to print it. Also, there are Branson maps in most lobbies of restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart that are free. >>If you found this page by coming directly to this blog post, please note that we have several condos in Branson that we rent on a regular basis (nightly & weekly). If you're still looking for a place to stay while in Branson, please give us a try!<< Ballparks of America has it first tournaments scheduled for the summer of 2016. 2021 Update - The Ballparks of America appear to be a big success. We have had more and more families from all of over the country stay in our condos while their sons participate in tournaments there. I added a few more recent pictures. Our Branson condos are very close to Ballparks of America, less than 2 miles from the complex, so if you are coming for a tournament please give us a try! We have a grocery store 1/2 mile away, a nice outdoor pool, and many restaurants & Branson attractions nearby! See our condos here! Yet another new attraction coming to Branson. Sounds like fun and great for thrill seekers! Will be located on highway 165. Suppose to be ready in 2016. See the story here. 7/19/16 Update: The Runaway Mountain Coaster of Branson is scheduled to open the end of this month!
Fritz's Adventure is coming in 2016! It will be located on the corner next to the Dixie Stampede. I was by there about two weeks ago and it appears having it done in the summer of 2016 is a little optimistic. Once done, it looks like fun! Reminds me of the City Museum in St. Louis. Read more here.
The ferris wheel from the Navy Pier in Chicago will be in Branson soon! It was disassembled and shipped to Branson and is in the process of being reassembled now. It will be located on the The Strip in Branson. See the whole story here.
We have had a website since we bought our first Branson condo in 2003, but it had become outdated, plus it wouldn't allow us to post our availability calendars. So we spent the time needed to develop this new site and we went live with it last week.
Guests can now see if a condo is available and can even book / reserve online if they prefer. We aren't trying to discourage phone calls though, feel free to call us anytime at 1-877-836-6745! |
